How we verify offers
Most coupon sites show a green “verified” badge on everything. That badge is worth nothing if it never comes off. On this site the label is derived from a date, and it decays on its own.
- Verified
- A person checked this offer within the last 30 days and recorded the date.
- Recently checked
- The offer was last checked between 30 and 90 days ago. It is probably still live, but we have not looked lately.
- Unverified
- Either nobody has checked this offer, or the last check is more than 90 days old. Treat it as a lead, not a promise.
- Not checked
- We hold no check date at all for this offer, so we make no claim about it.
- Expired
- The offer has passed its stated end date, or was marked as ended. It stays on the page for reference and cannot be clicked through.
What we will not do
- Write a coupon code we have not seen published by the store.
- Give an offer an expiry date the store did not state.
- Show a countdown or a “only 3 left” style prompt. There is no scarcity to count.
- Keep an expired offer in the clickable list to pad the page.
If an offer turns out to be dead, the honest fix is to mark it expired, not to quietly delete it — so you can see what a store has actually run before.
